If you are for any reason unhappy with a purchased item and would like
to return it for an exchange or refund you will need to submit an RMA
Form (Return Merchandise Authorization) within
7 days of receiving your order.
What to do:
- Log into your Toxicfreak.com account
- Click 'View
previous orders'
- Click 'Order
Details' for the order of the item/items you would like to
return
- Click 'Request
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)' at the bottom of
the page. (This will only appear after we have shipped the order)

RMA Forms need to be submitted
within 7 working days from delivery of your order
We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
You can check the status of your RMA request through the View Previous
Orders area of your account. If your request is approved, you will receive
a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please
DO NOT return products until you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization
number.
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected and accepted,
your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving
your return, the item will be reviewed to ensure legitimacy of your
claim for refund or exchange. Please note that items showing signs of
obvious wear that was not present at time of shipment or jewelery items
that have been engraved, altered or resized cannot be accepted for return.
Items which are not accepted will be shipped back to you, the customer,
with return freight payable prior to re-shipping.
In the case of an item being purchased which is an incorrect size, if
we have identical stock we will exchange the item. Freight charges will
apply for customer to these kind of returns, whereas we will pay freight
from our premises on exchanges of any faulty merchandise.
Please contact us if you did not create an account when you purchased
your item and we will send you account details to log in and submit
the RMA.
