Reward Points Explained

• EARNING YOUR POINTS:
  
  On selected products you will see a certain total of reward points which are available for purchasing the item. After your purchase has been processed and payment is approved, your Reward Points will be automatically added to your account.
  
  
• VIEWING YOUR POINTS:
  
  Your Reward Points balance can be seen at any time via the "Reward Points" link on your customer account menu. Your account menu is displayed on your account homepage, and also on the right-hand side of all store pages while you are logged in. (If you don't have a customer account login, simply visit the password reminder page, enter the email address that you used when making your purchase, and a password will be automatically sent to you. If this doesn't work, contact us here and we'll set it up for you)
  
  
• REDEEMING YOUR POINTS:
  1 Reward Point = $0.04 (25 Rewards Points = $1.00)
  When you proceed to the checkout the next time you shop, your total Reward Points will be displayed on the 'Order Confirmation' page. A field is provided so you can add how many points you wish to apply to your order. You can redeem all of your Reward Points in one go, or use some and save some for later! After entering your Reward Points at the checkout, you can click the 'Recalculate' button to view the applied discount, or simply continue through the checkout and the system will apply the discount automatically.
  
  
• REFER A FRIEND AND EARN A BONUS 25 REWARD POINTS!!!
  
  Spread the word!!! When viewing a product details page, you will notice this button: . Clicking the "Tell a Friend" button while logged in will allow you to send a link to that particular product page to a friend or family member at the click of a button. If your friend clicks on the special link provided and makes a purchase when they first visit the store, you will be credited with a bonus 25 Reward Points into your account!
  
  Remember - for the system to recognise your referral and credit you with your bonus reward points accordingly, you must be logged in to your customer account.
