|  | We accept Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa), Paypal and Direct Deposit/Wire Transfer. We use Paypal to process Credit Card payments; you do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card via the Paypal interface.

| How do I use my Credit Card via your Paypal checkout page? |
|  | After you proceed through the checkout steps on our site and click the "Place Order" button, you will be taken to our secure Paypal page to pay for your order. Paypal account holders can login and pay using money in their Paypal account, but if you want to pay via credit card, then you simply need to click on the link provided at left of screen, as shown below:

| What are your Direct Deposit payment terms? |
|  | Direct Deposits must be made in full to our nominated bank account within 5 working days of your order being made (bank details for payment are made available during checkout). After this time your order will be cancelled. You must use your order number as a reference when making your deposit/transfer. |

| Body Jewelery FAQ: | | What is a Screw in Ball Ring? |
|  | Internally threaded, the thread is on the ball and the ball screws into the ring, much easier than trying to open and close very heavy gauge rings. |

| How long do piercings take to heal? |
|  | The following are minimum healing times, please be aware that healing can take longer, sometimes over a year. - Ears Lobe - 2 Months
- Ears Cartilage - 4 Months
- Nose - 4 Months
- Eyebrow - 4 Months
- Cheek - 4 Months
- Lip - 3 Months
- Tongue - 2 Months
- Navel - 5 Months
- Nipple - 4 Months
- Genital Piercings - 3 Months

| Can I return a body piercing item I've purchased? |
|  | All body piercing items are guaranteed to arrive free of any defects. Any items that arrive factory defective which are un-used may be returned for replacement or credit within 7 days of order shipping date. We cannot accept returned body jewellery which has been worn. Please refer to our returns page for more information on how to return an item. |

| How safe is your body jewellery to wear? |
|  | All Stainless Steel body jewellery we carry is made of the highest quality 316l surgical steel. Our body jewellery is of the highest quality and meets 100% of the European Directive on jewellery which is the highest standard in the world. Items made from other compounds such as acrylic, horn etc. are also 100% approved quality. Please note that your item will not be sterile when it arrives, therefore proper sterilization techniques should be observed before wearing your new jewellery item. Do not wear your purchased item in a new (open) piercing, consult your body piercing shop/guru for what to use while your piercing heals. |

| Do I need to clean my jewellery? |
|  | The first thing you should do when you recieve new jewellery is clean it using Antibacterial Soap and Water.
If you want to boil your jewellery to sterilise it, ONLY BOIL JEWELLERY THAT IS ENTIRELY STEEL. Do not boil jewellery that has electronic parts, set Jewels or acrylic.
Do not use alcohol or any chemicals to clean or sterilize the jewellery or components , this may cause discolouration or an adverse reaction to the materials.
Body jewellery can also be discolored or affected by ingested chemicals such as alcohol, cigarette smoke, mouthwash, chlorine, soaps, food and/or drinks. |
